Frames and Construction
To ensure the consistently high quality of our furniture products the materials we use must satisfy our discerning standard and craftsmanship.
Therefore the frames we use are constructed using the choicest materials and most reliable construction techniques.
That is why we insist that all our frames are made from selected kiln-dried beech and other seasoned hardwoods, that all joints are glued and doweled and that all corners are fitted with screw-fixed strengthening blocks.
Springs and Suspension Systems
The quality of each of the materials used in the construction of our furniture is a critical factor in the quality of the final product and none is more important than the springs and suspension systems.
According to the shape of the furniture we use either high tensile steel serpentine spring systems or elasticated webbing and canvas, or a combination of both.
As we appreciate that the suspension is the 'heart' of any piece of furniture we only buy the finest materials from proven suppliers to ensure your furniture retains its shape and comfort for many years to come.
Cushions & Filling's
We offer our customers the option to choose from a selection of seating and cushion filling materials to suit your particular requirements.
Whether you choose fibre, foam, foam & feather or full feather cushion fillings is almost entirely at your discretion.
Each material has its own benefits and optimum applications and uses, and if you are unsure of the best material to choose for your particular
purposes then our staff will be only too willing to offer considered technical advice.
But rest assured whatever cushion and seat filling you choose they will be of the highest quality to ensure that you will be sitting comfortably for many years to come.
